TECHNOLOGIES
MACHINE PARK
We have modern technological facilities, which include:
- die casting machines with a clamping force of 280–900 tons (Bühler, Idra, Castmatic),
- Mazak, Brother, Doosan, Deckel Maho, ENSHU, Hartford machining centers – 3- and 4-axis,
- CTX210 and SPRY25 CNC lathes,
- Rösler shot-blasting lines and tumbling equipment.
METROLOGY LABORATORY AND QUALITY CONTROL
Our laboratory is equipped with, among others:
- two ZEISS 3D coordinate measuring machines (Contura G2, DuraMax),
- Xylon X-ray machine, ARL spectrometer, Instron 3382 testing machine.
We perform CMM measurements, X-ray analyses, and mechanical tests.
QUALITY SYSTEM
We operate in accordance with ISO 9001, AQAP 2110, ISO 14001 and WSK standards. Our inspection processes meet defense and automotive industry standards.
