The client needed to quickly verify the concept and assembly fit of the aluminum components before investing in permanent molds. Functional prototypes were required for mechanical and assembly testing.

Which we did technically

• making sand castings from disposable molds,
• use of 3D cores and alloy shrinkage control,
• finishing of critical surfaces,
• quick test series using 3D core printing,
• preparation of prototypes for assembly and strength tests.
