Comprehensive foundry, tooling, machining and measurement facilities in one place.
By integrating the tool shop, foundry, machining and quality laboratory, we eliminate the risk of transfer errors between stages.
Our machinery is a coherent technological system, including pressure casting (280–900 tons), vacuum technology, 3- and 4-axis CNC machining, and advanced quality control. We design using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and each production stage is subject to technological and measurement supervision.

The quality and measurement laboratory supports the production process.
We ensure control of the material structure, detail geometry and technological parameters.
Comprehensive laboratory facilities shorten the implementation time of new projects, reduce the risk of technological errors and guarantee full control of production quality.
Thanks to advanced measurement systems and the work of a team of metrologists, we ensure process stability, parameter repeatability, and component compliance with technical documentation. Technology at WIFAMA is not a collection of independent production stations, but a single, coherent industrial process – from mold concept to the finished aluminum or steel component ready for assembly.
WIFAMA QUALITY AND MEASUREMENT LABOLATORY
Our laboratory is equipped with:
• Two ZEISS 3D coordinate measuring machines (Contura G2, DuraMax)
• Xylon X-ray for internal structure examination,
• ARL spectrometer
• Instron 3382 testing machine.
We perform measurements, X-ray analyses, and strength tests with our own team of metrologists. We also provide hardening services through trusted external partners.
Thanks to this, the customer receives a component with documented quality, repeatability of parameters and full traceability of the production batch.
